I was having a little case of “cabin fever” when I did this drawing. It’s a cold afternoon in January here and I wanted to be someplace warm. So what do you do when you want to go someplace warm? Well you try to picture it but in my case, I drew the picture myself. Also it’s been a little wile since my last picture anyway.
So as per usual, I did this drawing basically with pen and ink on a piece of ink paper that I use. I then scanned it into Photoshop and then did the coloring. It’s also been a wile too since I have done the hard edge coloring instead of the usual soft look that I happen to like so much. Ok, so there is also soft colors in this drawing too. I guess I just have a hard time moving away from that look. =)
