I had a couple of weeks since the last drawing that I did before this one so I felt a little rusty with this drawing. I was deciding to try something simple and yet a little different. So this became more of an experimental piece with her skirt. The pattern was a bit of a challenge but I think I pulled it off very well in this drawing. I was trying not to make it so computer generated with it and I think I accomplished that very well. What do you think?
Other things that I did differently is the blurred background with the look like it’s some kind of an out of focused camera taking the ship with this one. Something close to the camera so it’s out of focus and also something far away. I do like how that came out in this drawing too. I would have to say I like the overall drawing despite the obvious mistakes that I see right away when I look at this drawing. Overall, I’m happy with it. =)
